I am a Theatre, Arts and Yoga Practitioner. I wanted to start this meet up group, to let people know about the dynamic and nourishing yoga classes that I run on the Isle of Dogs (near Greenwich). The purpose of this group is to let people know about the weekly yoga classes, as well as other yoga, reiki and healing arts projects that I am running across London.
