As a SFGII and RKCII by Pavel I have created Fit Camp to help you achieve  your fitness goals. Fit Camp, is a dynamic, outdoor group workout that utilizes RKC Hard Style Kettlebell and Body Weight exercises to help you burn fat, build muscle, increase flexibility & cardiovascular strength, while enhancing overall Well Being . All while having a great time. Shadow Bay is a pet friendly park. Furry friends are welcome at Fit Camp. Minimum age 16.

We are an East Orlando group.  I just took over this group so it wouldn't be disvolved since the previous organizer bowed out.   I just joined this group about a week ago and haven't attended any events but would love your input and suggestions! Express Delivery was formed and continues to exist to help our dogs enhance their natural athletic abilities, allow them to compete at their peak levels in the sport of flyball, and maximize their ability to earn points toward NAFA flyball titles. We promote a fun yet safe and productive atmosphere for both Dogs and Humans. A Pack Walk is a walk with a purpose to provide socalizaion and exercise for your Dog's mind and body. We meet at various Parks and Trails along Central Florida's Gulf Coast. It's also a good time for the humans to socialize and share training tips and stories about their Dogs. All breeds and socialization levels welcome,(spayed/neutered preferred). We promote Rescued Bully Breeds and welcome them with open Paws.

This is a group for anyone who want to try lure chasing with their dogs. We know that dogs of all breeds love to run and chase so our motto is "We Run For Fun". We operate a mobile lure course in Central Florida. We do private events as well as special events for different dog meet ups and rescue organizations.
