We offer a basic dog obedience course through the Takoma Park Rec Center. The 6 week courses cover basic cues such as sit, stay, heel, etc.  We will also cover problem behaviors such as nipping, barking, jumping, lunging, and digging. This is a group for people who have rescued, fostering or adopted a puppymill rescue dog . These are special needs dogs who need our special attention. Each month we will have either a trainer or some type of expert helping those who help these special needs critters. There is a wonderful after life after the horrible life they have lived as breeders. We just need to help them adjust.

Puppy socialization group for puppies from 8 weeks through 6 months old. Held in a very large big fenced yard in Rockville near the metro station. bring your own poop bags. Even if your puppy is being trained, or is trained, socialization to other puppies needs time and attention, and offers great rewards for you and your new puppy. Sundays 4pm

A group for adventurous dogs and their people. The plan is to set up meetups for some of our favorite things to do with our dogs: off-leash hiking, walking, group playdates, training field trips, on-leash socialization walks etc. We'll try out new things when we find them...we're open to all suggestions! We don't discriminate based on breed or type, but we do ask that dogs are non-dog-aggressive to attend certain events, such as group playdates or off-leash hikes.
